What is Gracious Space? 

By the end of our time together you will have an answer to that question along with a framework for Graciousness based on 4 tenants that will help you connect with your peers, embrace diversity and celebrate each other’s skills and abilities.  We will walk you through the steps of bringing an intentional awareness to the moment, your surroundings, the people you interact with and your willingness to keep a growth mindset when faced with a learning opportunity.

Jenel Harju has called PayneWest home for the past 16 years and spent over ten of those years as an account manager before she moved into her role as a Director.  She has the opportunity to work with both Commercial Lines and Surety Client Relations colleagues and her footprint includes teams in Idaho, Montana and Washington.  She understands the importance of taking care of the clients, colleagues, and our communities and is passionate about doing her very best for all three segments.  According to Jenel, the best part of her job is getting to work with so many dedicated and talented internal and external clients. In her free time, Jenel enjoys cycling, hiking, kayaking and going on adventures with her husband, Kelly.   She is also actively involved with the Wishing Star Foundation, Second Harvest Food Bank and Future Business Leaders of America.
